Formed in 2009 by Producer and Musical Director, Russell Scott, the Company embraces the industry it works in and is driven by passion and the desire to deliver the very best along with high production values and first class entertainment.
The Company is hugely creative, ambitious and innovative; from full scale theatre production and concert galas to events, parties and corporate entertainment.
With a career spanning over 40 years, the Company is headed up by Russell Scott. His entrepeneurial and creative passion for perfection creates a foundation for the company to thrive.

Russell Scott began his entertainment business in 2009 aimed at producing shows to showcase emerging talent.
November 2009The shows begin....
An Evening of Bricusse & Wildhorn showcased the music of Musical Theatre greats. The sell out show was held at London's iconic Pizza on the Park with the support of Leslie Bricusse himself.

New Talent Spotlight was created by Russell Scott in 2009 as the independent UK talent platform for emerging Musical Theatre professionals. Shows were produced to celebrate the music and lyrics of musical legends including Frank Wildhorn, Leslie Bricusse, Johnny Mercer, Howard Ashman, Alan Menken, Stephen Schwartz, Don Black and Sir Tim Rice.

Conceived in 2013 by Denise Scott, Pick-A-Mix Parties create traditional kids parties for children of all ages where you pick how much or how little you want in the party. Pick-A-Mix Parties provide a full mix of party favourites including Face Painting, Mini-Disco, Party Games, Party Bags & Invitations & Cupcakes.
With a natural flair and talent for making stunning and delicious cakes and bakes, Pick-A-Mix Bakes & Cakes was formed in 2015. From cupcakes to birthday cakes, to novelty cakes and brownies, the Pick-A-Mix Cakes & Bakes will inspire, delight and add that special something to any party or occasion.

After almost 20 years of working in and with choirs, Russell Scott heads up Next Stage Choir, a community choir based in Marlow and St Albans, and in 2018 it expanded to Aylesbury. The choir now has over 140 members, has made 3 commercial recordings and performs regularly both in the UK and abroad.

Russell Scott, in association with Mark Pettit (In-House Casting) collaborated in this sell-out West End charity gala, which raised over £10,000. The Broadway revival was brought to the Lyric Theatre, Shaftsbury Avenue in London with a stunning cast of 10 plus ensemble from the American Musical Theatre Academy. The production also welcomed back the original cast of the 1971 London production to take the final bows.

A Life in Music
In March 2016, A Life in Music was launched as a platform for performers to be the very best they can be. It features a podcast, YouTube channel and blog to help support performers of all types.

Russell Scott took Next Stage Choir to Angel Recording Studios in London in September 2016 to record their first commercial recording. They have since recorded 3 times. Russell has also directed sessions at Abbey Road Studios including a Charity Single with a choir of 100 singers.

In October 2017, russell Scott launched the UK Choir Festival, a choral festival aimed to support, train and bring together choirs from all over the UK in a beautiful setting where people can learn, develop and thrive. The UK choir festival is produced to give choirs the opportunity to be taught by some of the best workshop leaders in the UK and has been hailed by American Express Essentials as "One of the most awe-inspiring choral festivals of the world". It now takes place annually in multiple cities across the UK.

In 2019, Russell Scott was asked to head up a brand new choir in London for Westminster City Choir.
May 2019In the UK and on Tour
Russell has toured choirs to Sweden, Austria and took his choir to the US where they opened an MLB Baseball game and performed in a 9/11 concert.
September 2022Conducting at the Berlin Philharmonie
Russell conducted Next Stage Choir at a collaborative concert with choirs from Finland, Germany and Israel in a performance at the Berlin Philharmonie.
June 202311+ Music Test Prep Course Launched
Russell launches the 11+ Music Test Prep Course aimed at parents and children preparing for the 11+ Music Test.
